Merry Christmas!

Hi crafty friends and welcome back to our crafty space.
Raluca here with a new card showcasing a few of the mini stamp sets from Create a Smile Stamps.

I wanted to make a Christmas card and playing with more products from the store so I chose 3 mini sets and combined them into a card.

First I prepared a night winter sky using my daughters markers. Just scribbled some blue, purple and pink and I added clean water, I let it to dry ad my sky was done. For more effect I added a few white splatters. Next I stamped in VersaMark and white heat embossed the gorgeous sentiment. I die cut two snow hills and mounted them onto the panel.

Then I stamped the images, colored them and fussy cut them. I added them to the panel and I mounted the entire panel to a white card base. I felt that something was missing so I added some snowflakes stickers that I had in my stash ad my card was done.

Hi there it's Anja again with another "oldy" card for you.

I needed a birthday card for a boy who loves monsters. I was inspired by a previous card made by my teamie Annika and went for the same design.

I used a horizontal card and rounde the edges.
Stamped the balloon cling stamp and clear embossed it.
Stamped some monsters behind the panel I created with the banner die.
Stamped another monster onto some piece of paper and colored everything with copics.
For some extra interest I gave the monsters wreckles with a white gelpen.
Outlined the panel with a black marker.

Big Time and Monsterparty.

Cool cuts ( dies);
Stacked pierced banners.

Cling stamp

Balloons in the sky;

We love to see what you create with our supplies and join us on all the social media.

Have a great week;

Hugs Anja

Floral Treasure

Hi everyone! Hope you're having a nice weekend. I thought it'll be nice to have some florals for today's card. Although, I don't say no very often to floral stamps ;) Today, I'm sharing  a little card combing die cut from a different theme to stretch the uses of a die.

Almost every element of this card is made separately. I die-cut the treasure chest and paint them first and set it aside to dry. While that's drying, I stamped out all the florals I wanted to use and paint them in rainbow order.

I wanted to position them as if they floated out of the box to give it a nice flow. The gold sequins are just my favourite embellishment to add some sparkle to the card.

I hope you like this cheerful card :)

Hello My Deer Friend!

Hi there!
Samantha here, and today I've made for you a card with a pun - my favorite!! Ha! :)

I love using Christmas sets on non-holiday themed cards! So I combined two stamp sets to create a cute, everyday pun! Ha!

So let's get to creating!

- stamp and color your deer image (I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then fussy cut it out!)
- heat emboss the sentiment onto a strip of black cardstock
- to create the background, pick a stencil and some ink colors

- I used Distress Inks (Peacock Feathers and Blueprint Sketch); first use those colros to blend a light color onto the cardstock

- then place the stencil down and do the same blending, pressing a little harder with your blending tool!
- then sprinkle some water on top! LOVE that look!
add foam tape to your image and sentiment strip and attach!

A few color choice changes on the background and for the reindeer's shirt, and you could customize this card design to anyone, male or female! :)

I created the background with the Diagonal Grid Stencil! Love the geometric look!  The sentiment comes from the super versatile Just Saying Hello stamp set! And the ADORABLE little reindeer was re-purposed from the Snow Dance mini Christmas set!

For a limited time, there are some of my FAVORITE stamp sets on sale - check them out here!!!

Hello everyone, Nicole here.
I have a fresh and fun card for you :-)

When I saw the new "fruit salad" stamp set, the lemon/lime reminded me of the circles in the "going graphic" set and I thought they would go very well together.

  1. stamp the circles randomly in a light yellow ink (I used dye ink from Lawn Fawn)
  2. stamp the lemon in a slightly darker shade. As you see, I did not line up the immages, makes this step super easy ;-)
  3. add little circles and tiny hearts stamps to fill the gaps between the lemon slices
  4. use alpha stickers for the sentiment and cover it with glossy accents - let it dry
  5. stamp the rest of the greeting in an even darker ink
  6. add some Crystal Nuvo Drops or enamel stickers for some interest

This layout is super simple and you can make it with a lot of different stamps... Maybe you have some solid and outlined hearts or flowers you could use... That would be fun, right?!

Frosty Fun

Hey stampers, Anni here!

Woohoo, have you seen the fun and amazing new release? So many great new stamp sets!
Nevertheless  I played with the Frosty Fun Kit for this week's card.

All the kits are very popular so I thought I share a card wit a kit that is still available: The Frosty Fun kit. I really love this kit. There are so many awesome products in it and the colours are fantastic.
I decided to go with colours also I didn't used the patterend paper included in the kit.

  • It's difficult to colour white in images. If you look closely I used greys, blues and violetts for my snow castle - all in a very pale shade. It still looks like white but gets some dimension.
  • When I add enamel dots or sequins to my card I like to adhere them in a visual triangle - just lie I learned from "the big ones":
  • There is a lot of white going on on my card! To prevent the card of getting too boring I try to create different shades of white: on the snow castele and with the vellum circle.

A lot of products have been restocked over the last weeks. Hop over to the shop and treat yourself!

You're on a roll!

Hi crafty friends and welcome back to our crafty space.
Raluca here with a new card showcasing the adorable"On a roll" mini stamp set from Create a Smile Stamps.

The moment I saw this set and the cute rolling armadillo I knew I wanted to make it spin.

I knew that I wanted to make a simple and fast card so I looked through the Snow Dance Kit for the perfect pattern paper and I chose the one with a lot of small circles. I trimmed it and glued it onto a light blue card base.
Next I stamped and colored the armadillo and using a mini brad I attached it to a white square where I stamped two ants from the set.

I mounted the square onto the card and I added a sentiment stamped on a light blue piece of cardstock.
And my card was done! I told you I went for a fast card :)
